1. HOW DO I RESERVE MY DATE?

A signed contract + 50% deposit of rental fee by cash, check, venmo or bank transfer.
If you prefer to pay by credit card additional fees apply.

2. What is your catering policy?

LedgeCrest pairs with Runaway Spoon and Renards Catering on Food & Beverage All-Inclusive Collections, starting at $85 per person. These collections include bar, food, bartender fees, linens, and the kitchen use fee. These All-Inclusive Collections are able to be customized to fit your needs.
If using your own caterer, outside of Runaway Spoon or Renards there is an additional fee. This option does require pre-approval by the owner of LedgeCrest Reserve.

3. What alcohol is available?

Beer Half Barrels / Domestic Beer Bottles / Craft Beer Bottles 
Call Cocktails / Premium Cocktails / House Wine or Champagne 
A custom bar collection can be calculated for you upon request.
Cash bar is available for what you do not want to host.

4. Am I required to use your bar service?

Yes, LedgeCrest has a liquor license. In accordance with state law, all liquor must be served and purchased through the venue. We provide bartenders with any of our all-inclusive collections(minimum of 6 hours). Our hourly bartender fee is $50 per bartender if you are looking to not book an All-Inclusive Collection. The requirement for this 1 bartender per 75 guests.

5. What hotels are close?

There are a lot of close hotels and some offer shuttles as well. We recommend Holiday Inn Express, Kress Inn, Aloft, Residence
Inn, Hilton Garden Inn, Cobblestone Hotel & Suites, Lodge Kohler, and Radisson.

6. Do you include linens?

Linens are not included in our base venue rental, however they are included if you go with our All Inclusive Collections.

7. What do you do if it rains?

We have enough room in the building to setup a ceremony inside. Our staff will assist with the setup and takedown of chairs.

8. Do you have a list of preferred vendors?

Yes, once you have a reserved date with us we give you a list of the BEST vendors for the ultimate wedding day experience! We highly recommend that you have a wedding day coordinator to assist you with design, timeline, vendor communication, setup, and takedown.

9. Can I have my ceremony on site?

Absolutely. We offer an outdoor or indoor ceremony fee of $1,500.
These fees include additional staff for setting + removing all chairs and any flip of reception tables/chairs if necessary.

10. How many people can The LedgeCrest Reserve accommodate for outdoor ceremony/indoor reception?

Up to 400 guests indoor / outdoor, the ballroom space is 60’ x 100’

11. Do you do more than one wedding a day?

No, you are the exclusive bride in the event space for the day.

12. Is there a bridal suite on site?

Yes, and it is your’s throughout the day with your rental and is accessible at 12:00 pm - you can add on additional hours prior to 12.  Not having a wedding? You also have use of this space for event prep and storage.

13. Do you allow bands & is there enough space?

Absolutely! We love bands, and have dedicated power just for them.

14. If I have a Friday wedding can I reserve Thursday for setup?

Yes, there is a 5 Hour Thursday rental for set up of $650, this is based on availability at the time of add-on.

15. Is there a food or beverage minimum?

There is a bar minimum only if not using our All-Inclusive Collections.

16. what staff is there to help me? 

Our venue managers will work with you to create an amazing guest experience and assist you with:
 - Local vendor recommendations
- Creation of customized floor plan & assistance with collections
- In-person consultation for bar & final details meeting
- Ensuring the venue is ready for your wedding day!
