Does your team provide bartenders/liquor for the reception?
Licensed Bartenders & Liquor License on Site.  Actual liquor costs additional to rental of the space.

Are tables/chairs/ included in the venue rental fee?
Ceremony Chairs and/or Reception Chairs, Reception Tables, Dancefloor, Custom Designed Portable Bars and Cocktail Tables are included in the rental dependant on your collection. We are able to assist you in renting the perfect linen choice for your wedding day as well.

Does your venue require a wedding coordinator?
Yes,we require someone to assist you throughout the day, assist with a timeline of events for your vendors and bridal party, and someone to assist with the setup and takedown of your personal items. This way we can ensure your wedding will be what you dreamed and more!

What caterers can we use?
We exclusively offer the fantastic catering of Runaway Spoon. They provide plated, buffet, heavy appetizers, stations + dessert offerings at a great price point. All their food is freshly cooked onsite for the best in catering experience. If for some reason you feel strongly with using another licensed catere for an additional fee + there are guidelines that the caterer must follow.

Is there a house audio/visual system?
There is a basic audio system provided, however, a more powerful system is needed from a trained audio company/dj/band to reach over hundreds of people’s voices.  We have a preferred list of audio technicians/djs/bands to assist you in finding the perfect fit.

Will there be someone to help me with questions along the way and there on the wedding day?
Yes, there will be venue manager to assist you with any questions you might have planning along the day. This manager will also work with you on your layout of the space as well as your bar needs. There will be a venue manager on staff the day of your event from start to finish.

In terms of décor, what are we permitted to bring into your space? And when can we setup/tear down?
There is no need to spend thousands renting in chandeliers, chairs, tables, dancefloor, china, glassware or flatware when you reserve at The LedgeCrest Reserve.  It is all here for you and included in our collections. You are able to bring in your own décor and details. Setup and teardown is the day of the event, unless it is ready sooner and another event is not booked in the space.

Do you only work with your list of preferred vendors or can we bring in outside vendors?
No, you choose your vendors, but will provide a list of preferred vendors to help your planning be stress-free. All caterers and bakers must be licensed. Please view our Preferred Vendors here.

Are you handicap accessible?
Yes.

How many people can The LedgeCrest Reserve accommodate for outdoor ceremony/indoor reception?
Up to 400 guests indoor / outdoor, the ballroom space is 60’ x 100’

Do you do more than one wedding a day?
No, you are the exclusive bride in the event space for the day.

Is there a bridal suite on site?
Yes, and it is your’s throughout the day with your rental and is accessible at 8:00am. Not having a wedding?  You also have use of this space for event prep and storage.

Is there a ceremony rain backup?
Yes, the indoor space serves as a great rain backup location.

Wedding Planners…do I need one?
We require a coordinator to be onsite and the point person for the day.  We do encourage you to find a wedding planner to ease the stress of planning and help make the most of your resources.

Can I host just my ceremony at The LedgeCrest Reserve?
Yes, you can! We encourage a light celebration after. Please inquire for details.

Is there a Friday or Off-Season rental rate?
Yes, please inquire with your preferred date to check availability and pricing.

Is there parking available for my wedding/event?
Yes, it is complimentary. The property has 300 parking spots. At a maximum capacity your wedding will only need 200.

Are there hotels close?
Yes, there are a few hotels within a mile.  We also recommend fantastic hotels which you are able to shuttle guests to/from the venue. View a list of suggested hotels here.

Yes! We have many preferred vendors who offer only the best to our clients.
